Elendil (former sanny in the old server) wants to join a Zero wing. He was with me in BEA and was a good player as far as I remember.

Yeah that would make sence but surely a bit of leeway can be given based on his performance? I mean if he can reach 1000 population in 12 days time(if he's active and good enough its more than possible taking into account all the farms he should have) he will still not have reached anywhere near the average population but he will have proved he's worthy of joining zero right?

if he can make 1000 in 12 days he would qualify for a wing very possibly though
